Your personal details are only used by myself, either to contact you in response to a query or to send you newsletters and offers that you have signed up for.
Your details will never be shared with anyone else.
If you no longer want to receive my newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to the email and I will remove you from the list
For artwork purchased direct from my website. I accept payment by credit or debit card, or via Paypal.
If you are buying face to face I can accept payment by credit or debit card, or by direct bank transfer.
Payment for commissions is by direct bank transfer.
If you would like to pay in instalments, please contact me.
All artwork must be paid for in full before it is despatched/delivered/collected.
All paintings are carefully packaged and sent by a tracked and signed for service
UK Postage, Packing and Insurance will be added at checkout. Costs of shipping abroad will be calculated individually - please message me before purchasing.
Please check packaging carefully before signing for your painting. Any signs of damage must be noted on the carrier's receipt. If you do not do this, no claims can be made for damaged goods.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to be happy with your purchase of a painting from me. If for any reason you change your mind, I will be happy to refund the price paid (less shipping cost) if the painting is returned to me in the condition it was received. You are responsible for the cost of returning it, and I advise you to use a tracked and signed for service. Please contact me by email first.

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you can return paintings bought online for a full refund providing the following conditions are met:
You must advise me within 7 days of receiving the painting that you intend to return it.
You must return the painting to me in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging within 14 days.
Shipping costs and the cost of return postage will not be refunded unless the painting was damaged in transit on its way to you.
Any damages to packaging must be noted on the carriers receipt when signing for it.
A refund will only be issued once the painting has been received and its condition checked by me.
Please note that commissions and customised items are exempt from this returns policy and refunds will only be given if the item was damaged in transit.
